This policy outlines our principles for collecting, using, and providing your personal information, as well as your rights regarding your personal data, which are closely related to your use of our products/services. When you download, install, register, log in, or use hololink3d (hereinafter referred to as "using the Services"), you agree to all contents of this policy (including updated versions).
Special Note: Minors (especially children under the age of 13) and their guardians should read the "Protection of Minors" chapter carefully. If you do not agree with this policy, the service may not be available. Please stop visiting immediately.

3. Collection and use of personal information
We collect and use your personal information provided or generated during the use of the Service in accordance with the principle of "legitimate, lawful and necessary". If we need to use the information for purposes not specified in this Policy, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent, and control the frequency of information reading within a reasonable range.
3.1 Registration and login
3.1.1 If you register/log in with your mobile phone number, we will collect your mobile phone number and mobile operator information to provide fast login service.
3.1.2 If you register with a third-party account (such as Facebook, Google, Apple ID, etc.), you need to authorize us to read your public information (nickname, profile picture) in the third-party account, and the processing of the information by the third party is subject to its own privacy policy.
3.1.3 You may choose to fill in or modify your personal information (except the user name, which is a necessary registration item for using the Service). The failure to provide non-essential information will not affect the use of the Service.
3.1.4. After successful registration, your personal information will be displayed in the app.
3.2 Information collection when using the platform services
We will automatically collect the following data, as well as store information you voluntarily provide or interact with:
l Basic identification and usage records: Open ID, IP address, device information (device code, series ID, Android ID, XID <based on device information>), registration/log in time, operation date and timestamp, etc.
l Voluntarily provided information: in-app nickname, profile picture, age, gender, country, etc.
l Interactive information: Chat content when using in-app feedback or customer service features; Information when using chat services (transmitted through end-to-end encryption, received only by the recipient or stored when you are offline).
l Transaction information: When transactions are made through third-party platforms (such as Google Play and iOS App Store), Open ID, fees, currency type, purchased products, history, IP address, transaction details and device information (operating system version, mobile phone model, etc.) are collected.
l Problem handling information: When contacting the support team to deal with a program error, your name, OpenID, device ID, application version, network type, operating system version, browser type, contact information and the problem description you provided (with photos if available) may be collected.
l Share relevant information: If you want to share the content to other applications, we will read the list of installed applications. The failure to authorize will not affect the use of other functions.
3.3 Collection of security and compliance related information
3.3.1. Security Operation Guarantee: To ensure the security of software and services, the system collects device model, name, device ID (IMEI, IMSI, Android ID), browser settings, language/operating system/app version, network hardware location, login IP, network access method, network quality data, mobile network information (operator name), product version number, etc.
3.3.2. Exception detection: dynamically detect whether the account has abnormal login, and read the device ID again when switching or restarting the application. The reading frequency is controlled within a reasonable range.
3.3.3. Security and Anti-cheating: Analyze the status of users' devices to identify security risks and cheating; detect whether the user name, profile, portrait or chat message contains malicious information.
3.4 Positioning function
In some regions, with your permission, we may collect your GPS data and mobile device location information. You can turn off the location service through device Settings to refuse to provide only location-related functions, without affecting the use of other services (GPS location information is sensitive personal information).
3.5 Customer service and after-sales service
When contacting customer service or applying for after-sales support, we may request your personal information (matching the details you've provided) to verify your identity. Upon successful verification, we will collect your account details, order history, supporting documents (photos/video/text), contact information, and chat records (including online conversations and call recordings) to resolve issues and improve our services. We may contact you by phone when necessary.
3.6 Other necessary information
Use a third-party push messaging service that generates an ID that uniquely identifies your device.
l Device permission invocation: Some device permissions may be invoked during service. You can disable them in device Settings. The permission management method varies for different devices. Please refer to the Device permission invocation list for details.
l Performance of legal obligations: In order to prevent and respond to abuse, fraud, illegal activities, etc., your data may be used to protect the public interest or users' legitimate rights and interests.
3.7 Exceptions to authorization and consent
According to laws and regulations, the following situations may be used to collect and use necessary personal information without authorization:
l Information related to the performance of legal and regulatory obligations;
l Information directly related to national security and defense security;
l Information directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
l Information related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
l To protect your or others' major legitimate rights and interests such as life, property and other information that is difficult to obtain consent for;
l Personal information disclosed to the public;
l Information collected from legitimate open channels (such as news reports, government information disclosure);
l Information necessary to sign a network protocol or contract;
l Information necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of products/services (such as detection and troubleshooting);
l Other circumstances provided for by laws and regulations.
4. Sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information
4.1 Sharing
We will not share your personal information with other companies, organizations or individuals unless:
l With your prior consent;
l Initiated by you;
l Necessary sharing with business partners (for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific and clear purposes, with data security assessment and monitoring):
n Content audit service provider: In order to ensure the security and compliance of the platform content, you may share your published content with the entrusted third-party audit institution;
n Other business partners: Share indirect user portraits (without identifiable information) with partners who commission us to promote and advertise, so as to improve the reach of advertisements;
n Third-party SDK provider: When using third-party functions, you may access its SDK. The SDK provider may collect your information, and its behavior is subject to its own privacy policy. It is recommended that you check before using it;
n Message push service: The third-party push service provider may obtain the push SDK version number, device information, mobile phone status, geographical location and network information to push the content you may be interested in (see "Collection and Use of Third-party SDK Information" for details).
l When participating in the platform activities: If the activities are organized by affiliated companies or third parties, you may be required to provide your name, gender, mailing address, contact information, bank account information (sensitive information), etc. Refusing to provide such information may affect your participation in the activities, but it will not affect other functions, and such information will only be shared with your consent.
l Sharing with affiliated companies: only necessary information is shared and in line with the purpose of this policy. When the affiliated companies change the purpose of information processing, you need to give your consent again;
l If you voluntarily share information with a third party, hololink3d shall not be liable for information problems caused by sharing.
4.2 Assignment
Transfer means the transfer of control of personal information to another subject, which will not be transferred unless:
l With your prior consent;
l Initiated by you;
l In the event of a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation of the Company, you will be informed and required to continue to comply with this Policy by the recipient, otherwise your consent will need to be obtained again;
l Other circumstances provided for by laws and regulations.
4.3 Public Disclosure
In principle, we do not voluntarily disclose your personal information, unless:
l Display necessary and desensitized information when announcing the list of winners or penalty notices;
l Your explicit consent has been obtained.
4.4 Exceptions to sharing, assignment and public disclosure
According to the laws and regulations, the following situations can be operated without authorization:
l Related to the performance of legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., disclosure as required by judicial/ administrative authorities, verification of their legal documents and security measures);

l It is directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
l Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
l Where it is difficult to obtain consent to protect your or others' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property;
l Your publicly disclosed personal information;
l Information collected from legitimate public sources;
l Other circumstances provided for by laws and regulations;
l Sharing or transferring deidentified personal information (ensuring that the recipient cannot identify the subject) does not require separate notification.
5. Storage and protection of personal information
5.1 Storage
Your personal information may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence. While our global team can access this data from overseas, we implement protective measures as outlined in this policy. When transferring personal information across borders, we notify you via system messages or emails about the intended use and recipient. After obtaining your consent, we strictly comply with data protection regulations in your country of residence to ensure the recipient has adequate safeguards in place.
5.2 Storage time
We will store your personal information within the legally required reasonable period and delete or anonymize it upon expiration (anonymization means the identifiable subject cannot be identified and the processed information no longer qualifies as personal information). In case of ceasing operations, we will immediately stop collecting information, notify you through services or announcements, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold regarding you.
5.3 Protective measures
Implement industry-standard security measures (such as data classification and grading, security management protocols) to mitigate risks of information damage, theft, or leakage, and refrain from collecting service-unrelated data. Accounts are protected through security features including server backups and password encryption. While network security cannot be guaranteed, we have established early warning mechanisms and emergency response plans. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you via email, phone calls, or push notifications. When individual notifications are impractical, we will issue public announcements and report handling progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
6. Your right to manage your personal information
6.1 Authorization management
You can choose not to receive messages or show your information to them through the blacklist function or specific friends.
You can change or revoke the permissions of GPS positioning, contacts, camera, album and other permissions through the device operating system. The permission change will not affect the previous information processing based on authorization, but may cause some functions to be unavailable.
6.2 Information access and correction
You can access or correct the registered personal information through "My> Home Page" in the application.
Some information (for security and identification reasons) cannot be directly accessed/modified through the interactive interface. If you need to change, please send an email to user_service@hololink3d.com, and we will process it after identity verification.
6.3 Obtain a copy of the information
If you need a copy of your personal information, please send an email to user_service@hololink3d.com. We will reply promptly after identity verification. Currently, only csv and json formats are supported.
6.4 Information deletion and account cancellation
6.4.1. You can apply to delete your account and related personal information through "Settings> Account Security> Delete Account".
6.4.2. After the account is deleted, all relevant information of the account (diamond, props, clothes, consumption records, usage records) will be deleted or anonymized (except the products submitted by the creator), and it cannot be reactivated.
6.4.3. Cancellation rules:
l There is a cooling-off period of 7 days after the cancellation application, and the deletion is completed after the cooling-off period;
l Log in during the cooling-off period is regarded as giving up cancellation;
l The automatic payment service is reopened during the cancellation period, and the application fails;
l If the account is complained or involved in legal issues during the cooling-off period, the platform has the right to terminate the cancellation.
6.5 Automatic decision objection
If we make decisions that significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests through information systems, algorithms and other non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms, you have the right to request an explanation. We will provide remedial measures and contact us for processing.
7. Special description of third-party products/services
hololink3d may contain third-party products/services or links that require users to navigate to third-party websites. Any actions taken through these links (including the provision of personal information) are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the third-party service providers and are not covered by this policy. Please carefully review the third-party terms and conditions before deciding whether to accept them. The third-party service providers shall bear full responsibility for their information usage practices.
8. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
8.1. If you do not refuse, hololink3d will set or access cookies on your device to support login or services/functions that rely on cookies and provide you with personalized services (such as promotions).
8.2. You may refuse cookies through your browser or device Settings, but this may cause services/functions that depend on cookies to be unavailable.
9. Protection of underage users
9.1. Minors under the age of 16 (especially children under the age of 13) shall read this policy and use the services under the supervision, guidance and consent of their guardians.
9.2. Minors should enhance their awareness of protection when filling in personal information and use the services under the guidance of their guardians.
9.3. We will protect the information of minor users in accordance with the law. If we find that the information of minor users is collected without the consent of the guardian, we will delete it as soon as possible. If the guardian has any questions about the service or information provided by the minor, he/she may contact us according to the "contact information" in this policy.
10. Privacy policy update
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy from time to time. The updated content shall form part of this Policy and shall not weaken your rights under the current effective policy. You will be notified of the update through APP push notifications or other reasonable means.

If you have a complaint about the processing of personal information, you can send an email to user_service@hololink3d.com. We will deal with it as soon as possible and it will not affect your right to claim compensation from the data protection authority.

12. Others
12.1. You have the right to complain to the data protection regulatory department. We attach importance to user privacy and welcome your comments or suggestions.
